Terms of Service
FrontDeskAgent Online provides AI receptionist and front desk automation installation, management, and related support. A written scope, access requirements, and payment terms apply before production work begins.
Pricing
Standard entry pricing is £700 installation and managed service from £400 per month. Larger, private, self-hosted, high-volume, or regulated builds require a custom quote.
Client approval
Clients are responsible for approving scripts, voice style, knowledge-base content, escalation rules, email permissions, outbound calling rules, and any legal or regulated wording used by their business.
Voice and identity
Voice style must be consent-based and authorised. The service must not be used to impersonate a person without permission or to mislead callers about who they are speaking with.
Availability
AI, telephony, email, calendar, and third-party APIs can be affected by provider outages, internet routing, phone-network issues, access limits, or client configuration. No service can guarantee every external provider will be available at all times.
Payments
PayPal payments and invoices use paypal@talktoai.org. Work may pause if invoices are unpaid or required client access is not supplied.
