FrontDeskAgent Online collects enquiry details only so we can assess, quote, install, and support AI receptionist and front desk automation services.

Information handled

Enquiries may include company or organisation name, contact name, email, phone, business type, a voluntarily supplied broad city or country, inbox requirements, system details, and any notes sent through a form, the live receptionist, or email. The website does not infer a visitor's location for lead capture.

Live receptionist enquiries

The live receptionist can open an optional contact form after a visitor asks for a demo, quote, installation, booking workflow, or follow-up. Email and explicit contact permission are required; name, organisation, broad city or country, and a short note are optional. These enquiries are stored in a protected owner inbox for up to 30 days so the team can reply. This contact form does not ask for passwords, payment-card details, private keys, precise addresses, or confidential customer files.

Service data

If a client proceeds, call flows, knowledge-base content, approved scripts, routing rules, calendar settings, inbox rules, transcripts, and technical logs may be processed to operate the service.

Use of information

Information is used for contact, quoting, installation, support, security review, billing, abuse prevention, service improvement, and lawful business administration.

Retention and security

Website-form and live-receptionist enquiry records are kept in protected owner-access storage for up to 30 days unless a longer period is needed after the enquirer becomes a client or for legal, billing, dispute, or abuse-prevention purposes. Short technical security records may include an IP address, timestamp, browser request metadata, and rate-limit events. Contact forms no longer add a source IP to the enquiry record itself.

Payments

Payments are handled through agreed invoice routes. FrontDeskAgent Online does not ask visitors to enter card details on this website.
